Refund

in Ebay, auctions, car boot sales, post & parcels
Received a refund in Paypal, it shows the refund being made but my balance is still £0. Does anyone know how long you have to wait to receive the refund?

    Did you pay by credit card? if so it goes back onto your card and takes about 5 days.

    About 5 days - Paypal like to keep hold of money for as long as they can. If only thy had to be regulated like every other financial institution!

    They are regulated and if you get a refund back onto a card from any other retailier it takes a while as well. Check out the banking forum and you'll see people moaning that they have had to wait 10 days for promised card refunds from some places due to the banking system.
