I've just re-installed my whole PC, and use Windows ME.
I'm looking for the most up to date Internet Explorer/Windows Media player possible.
Where do I get it for Windows ME?
Looking at Microsoft site now.....
I've had to re-install so many times, you'd think I knew the exact right place.
And whilst I am here...............any other ideas on what I need to download....
So far I have
Firewall
Anti Virus
Ad-aware
Spybot
Anything else?
Thanks

Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 from Googling for internet explorer windows me;
Windows Media Player 9 from Googling for windows media player me.
First item in both cases!

Remember, Google is your friend...
Later... I would add to what you have listed: SpywareBlaster and SpywareGuard. Unfortunately, Microsoft Windows Defender only works on Windows 2000 and later...0 -

Thanks John, it's worked a treat.
I will look at those spyware suggestions and download them.
Thanks again.0 -
Found a problem....
Some Video files won't let me change the brightness & contrast on the player, and some files show a green or grey screen.
Is this likely to be a codec problem, and what codecs/codec packs are best to download?
I have downloaded k-lite 2.72
