but you can open a Not Significantly Described dispute on Paypal / ebay0 -
Open a "significantly not as described" dispute.
You will then be asked to send it back via trackable method, then you will get a refund for the initial amount you paid, but NOT for the return postage.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
