I'm about to send of the template letter from this site to natwest asking for a list of the charges that have been applied to my account. The one problem im having is that I cant find anywhere who I have to make the £10 cheque payable to!!! Could anyone tell me, or do I need to call natwest directly to find this out?
Thanks in advance for your help!

I found that I didnt have to! On the advice of someone else (Natwest had just sent theirs) I left the fee part out of my letter and they just sent them. Might be worth a try and save you £10.00...0

Yeah try it without the cheque first. I got mine without. If you really want to send a cheque then I'm sure writing it payable to "Natwest" would be sufficient.0
