  • Know anyone who works for the NHS/A uni/company with a Microsoft 'use at home' scheme?

They can usually buy Office for under 20 quid

You might as well just pirate it if you're going to use it against the terms of the licence. Isn't it only available for use by NHS employees and must be returned if the user ceases to be employed by the NHS? It doesn't cover giving it to your mates.

Well i can't exactly say 'fire up your favourite bittorrent client, point your web browser towards pirate bay and get busy'? (SAID IN JEST AND I DO NOT ENDORSE SUCH ACTIONS)

The OP may be eligible for a discounted purchase through a company scheme. I don't work for the NHS/academia, but i bought my license of office professional for a little under 20 quid through our internal purchase scheme
