I kept getting a balloon message saying my Recovery disk was full. I have sort of fiddled and opened it and there seems to be 21 back up files - all the same, all done of my documents within a minute of each other.
I am a computer dumbo and I think that I caused that by trying to save the document files so that I could transfer them to disc and I had real trouble which I finally resolved back a month or so ago.
NOW, do I need all these 21 back up files, can I just get rid of them all except one - or what do I do.
If I search for a document in the little search box at the bottom left - I enter, say Mrs Jones Invoice 4.5.08 and up comes 4 results for that, all the same. Ive tried deleting some but Im getting into a worse mess by the minute now as I seem to have lots of files with the same names which are empty
Is there any safe and easy way of getting just one copy of all my documents back again please.
