How to obtain stock history?

Does someone know of a website from which I can obtain a stock's history?.
By "Stock history" I mean (e.g.) the date the stock was first issued, the price at which it was issued, the dates of any stock splits and the related terms/prices .... etc.

Have you tried the relevant stock exchange? Failing that, maybe the company's annual reports on their website.The ability of skinny old ladies to carry huge loads is phenomenal. Look on http://finance.yahoo.com. You can search for the stock you're interested and then choose which customised graph of previous performance to view.0
