NTL Digital Interactive?

I used to be able to receive BBC interactive on my NTL digital box, useful for watching the snooker etc. But now it appears to have vanished or perhaps there is a different method of using the remote to access the interactive?
Any one able to advise please?

Works fine for me when I press the red button. You should call NTL and ask them.0

I managed to get it working. I had to turn off the power to the digital box, the box reset itself when it powered up.0
