I recently claimed back £2004 succesfully from ulster bank, but my question is this.
Each charge for a none payment of a direct debit for my car from the bank was £30, then the finance company charged me £30 for a none payment and £15 for a returned direct debit handling fee, thats £45 from the hire purchase company and £30 from the bank (£75 in total). Can i claim these charges back from the hire purchase provider.
