Sky talk - hopeless

Just got BT phone/internet installed for my small business. First time I'd dealt with them in 10 years, and pleasantly surprised by how well it went.

Got Sky talk at home and a very different story. I'm moving home in 10 days, but somehow Sky Talk (though not the TV and broadband which I have as a bundle) moved my phone a week ago and switched the line off at my existing address. Despite repeated calls and emails to their help centre to try and fix the problem I'm still without a phone 7 days later. The helpline was a kafka-like experience being put on hold and shuttled between various departments without anyone actually doing anything. Eventually I gave up - of course I had no home phone so was having to use my mobile to listen to their never ending stream of ads.
Left them my number to call me back and email address and still nothing. I never thought I'd say this, but ....... I recommend BT !
