A warning to anyone thinking of using this supplier
I ordered 6 light bulbs from them on July 20th and my order was confirmed by an e mail
by August 3rd - still no sign of the light bulbs on their 72 hour delivery (£7.99)
cancelled the order and as of today
STILL no refund to my credit card - I do think this is shocking as they knew by 22nd July that the goods were out of stock- yet didn't notify me until I called them
I have today spent 40 minutes waiting on the phone AGAIN to be told that " sarah the only person who can authorise refunds is in a meeting"
what APPALLING customer service
avoid them like the plague

Have you approached your card company - they might be able to do a chargeback, and that will affect the merchant's stance with the credit card peeps.
I've heard from people on here that if enough (legitimate) complaints are received about a merchant, the credit card companies have been known to withdraw the merchant status from them.0 -
thanks that was going to be my next course of action - but I didn't know about them losing their merchant status
