Hi, advise needed, please....I tried to reclaim late payments etc two years ago from Freemans, the catalogues I failed.....now out of the blue I received 1st day a letter saying that within 24 hours I would receive from a Solictor saying that as I have failed to pay etc etc, they have now issued Litigation proceedings in the county court, and will get the claim within 24 hours , which I did....now I am not sure what to do with it (I would like to bin it:rolleyes:)
The F.Ombudsman looks like the new step, but how do I deal with this count thing, as there is a bit that says tick this box if I admit claim, which I don't, they are all unlawful charges that they are after, have I left it to later to claim them back, or should I admit to them and pay back so much a month and do a claim with the ombusman???and get it back that way?...there use to be a letter on the boards, that say words to the affect. go away, I am dealing with this though the F.O, so until it is sorted stay of my back, well something like that!. any ideas what my next step should be ...any help would be very useful...thank you....Lilly;)
