This company failed to deliver my order even after the website said my order status had been upgraded to "sent".
Andrew, the customer service agent, happily cancelled my order and advised that he would ensure that a refund would be made to my debit card within two days.
Why would he do that if it had been sent?

Seven days later and I'm still waiting for my refund. No response to my emails either now and all calls appear to be routed to foreign shores so its hard work explaining the predicament to someone who isn't really from the compnay.

These guys are linked to Quidco too. They are my next stop!
