in In my home (includes DIY) MoneySaving
I have a builder coming around 2moro to qoute me on some work so iam asking if any builders on here can give me a rough idea on what the following work would cost so i can avoid the cowboys lol

Work to be done is as follows -

*Hang 1 internal door ( door supplied )
*Fit 50 sq metres of laminate flooring on to chipboard flooring ( flooring supplied )
*erect a studwall that is 5metres long and clad with plywood
*Fit handrail on stairs plus ballastrades
*fit 10 metres of oak skirting on each side of studwall

Can i have idividual prices and rough time scale please

Have had some dodgy workers here before so dont fancy falling into same trap

Any help or advice be very much appreciated :beer:
