Sky+ Viewing Card Problem

Hi All
Got my new sky viewing card a few weeks back, followed the instructions to swap the card over, all seemed to be working fine.
Go on holiday, come back and find Sky message on screen "Wrong viewing card for this set top box" !!
Can get BBC 1 etc ok but not Sky 1, 2....
Has this happened to anyone else ?

Leave the card in the box, it should sort itself out.0

Yes, I had this. I phoned Sky and after going through a stack of checks the guy remembered he'd had an email about this problem. He did something with it like sending a signal or something and it worked about an hour later.
So phone Sky.0 -
Got it sorted out !
Rang up Sky and they needed to pair the card with the box.0
