Is it at 18 or when they cease full-time secondary education?
Is full time secondary education like 6th form colleague or uni?
Csa say if they stop on after high school it`s 19th birthday, but my friend has a court order.
Thanks
Ps My friend want`s to pay what he was paying to the mother, directly to the child while he is still unwaged.
He understands that he has responsibilty towards the child after the age of 18.

My ex had a court order for an illegitamate duaghter, and that's 17. We didn't bother, and he's been paying voluntarily for my two. He could have stopped my daughters when she left college at 19, but says he'll pay the same till my son (who's 15) leaves college. If it's not through the CSA or a Court I think you can decide.I Believe in saving money!!!:T
