eBay Confused!

Hi,
Recently sold some tickets on eBay which i had bought for £325 for and sold um for £385.
But Paypal have charged me £14 and under my account on ebay it says i'll be charged £39!
Which means I only make a few quid profit/just break even after postage!
Is there anyway to reclaim any of this money?
-- I know many disagree with this whole selling tickets (its my first and only time due to money trouble), but for all the work and worry and selling them for £60 more than face value, then to be charge £53 when they didn't do anything, it hardly seems worth it --

£39 - ebay final value fees
£14 - paypal fees0 -
Yeah that's right- they charge you fees. I'm afraid that's just how it works, there is no error, and no way to claim them back. This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.

Maybe you should have checked out the fees before you sold. You need to know all your costs before you can make sure you make a reasonable profit. There are plenty of fee calculators around just do a search0

But you broke even. If you were selling the tickets because you couldn't afford to spend the money, I'd say that was a result.
For £385, you must have had plenty of internet exposure and bidders - THAT'S what you're paying for. And for PP to handle the payment. My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
This will mean more fees.... seriously, if you do sell anything again please read up on the full fee structure.THANKS EVERYONE

http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/fees.html You have the paypal fee of 20p + 3.5% (I think, something wierd like that) and then a reserve is 2% of the reserve amount (non refundable so if it doesn't sell- tough.) and then there is insertion fees of up to 1.30. And then you have the 10% FVFThis is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. Just a question. I'm not trying to be offensive or anything but why did you list for sale without checking how much it would cost you? I see people do this a lot and I never understand why they don't check the costs.
No offense meant just a question0
