Hotels in UK

I am looking for a cheap deal in a hotel in either the Midlands or Scotland for my elderly parents, myself and my 5 year old. We would be going in July.

Has anyone any suggestions for hotels preferably with things for my child to do - swimming etc while the grandparents take a rest, or websites to check for deals.

I would wait a bit longer as all of the big hotel groups will be offering special deals when 'business people' will be on their holidays and not spending time in their hotels!

This will be your best bet if you wish to have a leisure centre / swimmimg pool.

The Travelodge group are offering supersaver deals (10pd), saver deals (26pd) and flexible deals (46 and 56pd) at most of their hotels into the foreseeable future - so if you are happy with something cookie cut but cheap and reliable might be worth a look - website https://www.travelodge.com. Just click on the map and it will tell you what is available, when and where else you might want to try.

Alternatively try the tourist information website which often have lists of what accomodation is available and what it might offer a family.
