Can some one tell me how to set computer to use hotmail instead of outlook express. I am with Tiscali and have not had any problems like others have.

I'm afraid I'm not sure I understand your question, so I will interpret as best I can.
If you mean you access your Tiscali email through Outlook Express and wish to use your Hotmail account then you can have your email forwarded from your Tiscali account to your Hotmail.
You can then retrieve your Hotmail through the web interface or if you pay for premium services through your Outlook Express.0
