CREATE card closure

Note that if you decline the offered LloydsTSB Platinum card replacement for the CREATE card, ( the phone number to do so is in the letter of notification) you will forfeit any cash-back credit accumulated on CREATE. The offered replacement has no cash-back facility. This is sharp practice and is only overcome by accepting the new card and cancelling it immediately the CREATE cash-back has been credited to the new card account. I am assured that this carries no penalty.

grrrr, I'm so cross as this change from createcard to ltsb platinum bu**ers up my snowballing. 11.6% now going to be 14.something% , bah humbug.0
