I just read about these through another website they provide electricity/gas/broadband (19.99 for 512 - no limit).

They say they beat anyother supplier hands down (I know everyone says that!)

Just wondered if anybody is using these and if so how do they find the service/pricing etc.

been with them since aug 03 and cannot fault them price wise. Have watched bills go down as they match competitors. Julys bill was £58. Thats for gas, elec, tel and broadband. 10 x Broadband is good value for £19 as there is no contract so when a better deal does appear I can change. They promise the cheapest gas and elec in the country but proving that is difficult as all the switch sites come up with different answers. Have not had much dealing with cust services as some of our frustrated fellow moneysavers so cannot comment.

You will recieve 100% support from TP Reps, also they are the cheapest supplier of Gas/Electricity according to their telephone line the one of which gives you instant access to customer services after 18 minutes or so.

They ensure that you will receive the Terms and conditions as well as updates as soon as they become available. Telecom Plus have a wonderful collection service, they collect payments from any used Credit Card you may have given to them in the past and charge you for the priviledge, now this can be agreat time saver as they don't have to seek your permission and don't have to trouble you whilst watching come dancing. They can do this as it says so in the Terms and conditions but you may not see this clause untill after you have closed the accounts.

So really there are no bad points with Telecom Plus, ho, one more thing, if you wave a copy of their Directors details at them you will gain access to TP's gold service of which ensures speedy replies to emails instead of none.
