Well all, I'm sorry to report that today I had the most enormous kick in the guts from a !!!!!! client.....I had just managed to secure them the (realistic and positive) opportunity to apply for £75k of taxpayers money.... as a grant......(rushed through the preapplication with my connections in 3 hours flat:D).......so the invitation to male a full application was purely on the basis of my connections and reputation and the fact i would be working with them going forwards. This (if successful) would stop them going bankrupt.

Unfortunately said client was not impressed ("ooh I thought this would be far more....I thought you would put bigger business my way"). Not going to go into any more detail....just extremely angry :mad::mad:...and have therefore partaken of vino tonight :o

PS I do not use the word !!!!!! lightly....nuff said.

Sounds like someone who continually expresses disappointment as a spur to goad people to do more for them.

It's an emotional tarpit - walk away when you are able.
