What HOSTS files do I have and how do I (temporarily) disable them?

Hi,
Most of the time when I try to access a site, via Quidco, to get some cashback, the site I want to visit is repeatedly blocked by something. Or maybe more likely what is blocked is the url of the company Quidco uses to provide the tracking for that site, or something like that.
Either way, how can I find out what I have installed that is responsible for blocking things and disable them?
I installed the MVPS HOSTS file after a recommendation and that seems to block most site ads, but I also have:
Spybot: search and Destroy
a-Squared Anti-malware
Avira AntiVir
Threatfire
SUPERAntispyware Free Ed
Spyware Blaster
I've discovered how to disable Spybot's HOSTS file [Advanced Mode > Tools > Make sure Hosts is selected > Hosts File > Remove Spybot-S&D...], but that hasn't solved anything.
Can anyone help?

You could try modifying your Windows Hosts file, which is located in
C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts - you can open this file with Notepad.
Then all you need to do is find and remove all references to Tradedoubler.
Alternatively you could delete everything below the entry for "localhost"0
