Postage to overseas buyers/ free postage?

Hi,
Just sold some games on ebay. Perhaps stupidly told a buyer that i'd charge them £3.00 for airmail. Now they've won the auction and I can't add the extra charge to the invoice.
What can I do?

Did you allow bidders from overseas? If not this might be why you cant add extra postage as UK post should be free. Is there a box to add the postage too? Remember not to click recalculate!0
