Washing Machine warranty

My not quite year old washing machine has stopped working this evening, should it still be under guarantee, I have the receipt, and a number which I will phone tomorrow, its a matsui and Ibought it from currys.

    Thanks, oh no not voice recognition, they never seem to understand my accent.
