charges help please

Hi,
Just some quick advice please, I posted a quesry on how I get hold of my past 6 years statements from abbey who ignored me and give me the run around.. thanks to peoples help on here I ahve now received my statements.
I have totted the charges up totaling £1750 (they charged me 14 times in 1 day for a bounced cheque at £20 ago) I have also calculated the interest using the calculator on this account and it totally £600.
I wondered if someone could please let me know where to find the letter template please?
