Yes, the blues are the unseen workforce. The reds turned up first last night and when asked where the blues were the reply came "fixing the planes of course!". They turned up about half an hour later.

Mudders - have a lovely holiday

~sigh~ I have to give the bathroom and utility area a deep clean this morning. DiL was out last night and got home v. late. She's not normally a drinker (half a glass of wine about once a month) but she must have had two glasses of wine. She's been yacking up all night according to DS. There looks like there's been an attempt (but not v. successful) to clean the bathroom floor. Also, I put the cat litter try outside yesterday to air and forgot to bring it back in. So the cats have had a pee where it should have been...

~double sigh~ I should get her to do it really but that'll be more hassle. Off to find the mop...

Morning all,

My list is massive so i really need to get moving this morning. Ds2 is happily colouring in and sticking stuff to a piece of wallpaper ( a spare piece not the one on the wall;)) so while he's busy i'm going to get stuck in . Ds1 can help me.

Tuesday Twinkles ~ Kitchen and dining area
Level One
Sweep and mop the floor
Level Three
Wipe units, kickboards and appliances
Clean the oven and hob
degunge the fridge

Wednesday Wobblies ~ Bathroom, Landing and Loo!
Level One
Declutter the floors.. mop or vacuum as appropriate
Empty and wash out the bins!
Level Two
Wash any shower curtains, bathmats etc that need it
clean the bath/loo/basins/showers etc .. polish up those taps so they shine!
Scrub down the tiles
Level Three
Wipe over any paintwork, including the doors!
Clean any light fittings
Empty and tidy the towel cupboard, restock loo roll holder if necessary

Extras
Wash the radiator and windows.. polish the mirrors
Decant any dribbles of shampoo/bubbles etc into a fuller container so you have fewer bottles lurking about
Thrilling Thursday ~ Master bedroom
Level One
Do some filing!! See if you can clear one hotspot!
Level Two
Declutter the floor.. shoes away, clothes away.. mess away!
Vacuum the floor now you can see it!
Sort through one cupboard make sure all is neat and tidy within!
Level Three
Wash the curtains/nets
Dust and deweb.. don't forget the light fitting and bed frame!!
Tidy the bedside cabinets.. get rid of all the empty packets and used tissues..
Extras
Wash the windows if necessary
HHI
Binbag dance!
Friday Flyby! ~ Childrens rooms/spare rooms or neglected rooms!
Level One
Declutter the floors
Strip and wash bedding.. replace with clean
Level Two
Drag the junk from under the bed and put it away nice and tidy
Vacuum/mop floors
Dust and deweb
Level Three
Sort through a box of toys or 'stuff' and get rid of the junk and rubbish!
Sort through a cupboard of clothes and get rid of the stuff tat no longer fits and make it all tidy

My Extras
Sort paperwork
Go through files & shred
Clean out bathroom cabinets
Sort car stuff
Turbo list as much stuff as possible 5 done so far
Put pics on pc
Clear hotspots in Dining room
Clean & tidy Utility room

I'm going to have a quick shower first then i'll be back for some HHC's.

Morning lovelies! :wave:

It's quite nice here this morning if a little nippy, so I've done my washing and hung it out, DW is in full flow as is the TD (teenies excess washing just left in the WM) littleys will get done when she wakes up. I've cleaned out the litter tray and put some rubbish in the bin outside, sorted some bits into the recycling box and made my bed.....it's due for cleaning today or tomorrow (done every 2 weeks) only takes 5 mins though.

We're all going on a bike ride this morning, don't really want to if it was totally up to me but it's OH's suggestion and he'll only keep banging on about it until we do it, so we're gonna ride along the coast into town and he's buying me and littley breakfast, it's the coming back I'm not looking forward to, it's uphill.

Nice pictures soappie I almost joined the RAF back in the day, got married and had kids instead :rolleyes:
