Evening everyone. Been working all day so no flying done. Im night shift tomorrow so will manage to fly in the morning. Im off to bed soon to read my book for a while. Its lovely and peaceful now they is no noise etc from next door. Its been a eventfull week as the son was warned by neighbours what would happen if he didnt calm down. He had been drinking outside their house at 2am. The neighbours had come thumping on next door.
Looks like Jake has gone walkabout. He didnt come in this morning and not here tonight.

soappie utterly jealous children I have! Blue's are so much the unseen workforce aren't they! I think I have had my partner demented with wanting to go to airshows and air museums this summerawww poor thing :rotfl:
boddy pleased you got some peace, sad that some people need reminding they aren't the only people on the planet isn't it! Hope Jake appears soon.
Just had DPs friends partner on the phone, well my friend I suppose, sort of odd with friendships like that. Anyway, she's asked if we want to go to Germany next year with the caravans.....we were considering going abroad but came as a bit of a suprise to get that phone call, need to see if we can afford to do it, it's a lot of extras for us than it is for them with dog care and 2 weeks wages for DP to pull out for. Suppose we have the passports now so that is one cost done. See what I can work out. She was really nice actually saying none of her other friends she would like to go on holiday with and how nice we are etc which is quitgo touching actually, she is very understanding with the boys and her little boy and DS2 are like 2 peas in a pod when they are together.
Well boys are being a pest, not asleep, DS2 didn't want to come in as the other kids are out playing, tough, it was 10pm, I know some children are allowed out later, they are still playing now but they are only here for the weekend, I am not having mine out past then for 10 nights in a row!
Going to do some financial workings for next year, see roughly where we are financially (should be better with the move but we have also bought stuff for moving/need to buy stuff) so we can get a rough idea if we can do Germany. One day I might be more organised...........

Hi all, sorry felt a bit rough tonight.
Pixoid is fine, the vet reckons she must have had a trapped nerve or something. She did compliment us on how well Pixie looked and said she was a happy, well cared for cat with bright eyes and a lovely coat.:D
So good news there then. Think the trip to the vets wiped me out so have taken it easy tonight ut I still feel horrible. Roll on tomorrow where hopefully I'll be back on track again.DFW Nerd 267. DEBT FREE 11.06.08
