Got mine today, nice little coin!

Just out of interest could someone tell me HOW theirs was packed?

I have had a letter, an envelope in a cardboard envelope with a promotion for a Big Ben coin in which said 'congrats on being one of the succesful applicants to be sent a mini medal BUT no medal?
Has it 'fallen' out?

The medal is attached to the inside of one of the side flaps of the cardboard envelope, there are a couple of cuts to hold it securely, if it did fall out then it would fall inside the envelope. Also it is inside a small presentation pack, not just loose. If the envelope wasn't fastened securely then it's possible it could have got lost in the post, if the whole thing had come unfolded

I have received mine, son was pleased with it.
Valli - it was packaged as yours was, at first I couldn't see the coin, as it had fell out when I opened package. Coin was attached to a small piece of thin card with a pic of a mini.

It is as I thought then - this pack should have had a medal in. I can actually see the impression of the medal on the inside of the flap (having looked closely following your replies) BUT no medal at all. It's either fallen out or it has been deliberately removed:o prior to coming through my letter box. The postal label was over the join BUT the sides of the package unsealed - so if it came loose that's how it came out. It was to have been a surprise for my daughter, who is Mini mad!

hi, just an FYI.

I 'won' one of these then recieved an e-mail beginnign of the week saying i'd be sent one every 28 days that if i didn't want to send back - i could cancel anytime.

so (having read this post) i sent them an e-mail askin if they could cancel my account as my original order hadn't turned up and i couldn't risk others going missing in the post...

their reply - long story short..........

they couldn't see any order for me but if i was talking about the mini medals they are being dispatched at 3000 a day so could be a long delay giving how many they gave away.

if i still had any queries to ring them.

so i sent one back saying "thanks but can you still ensure no more will be posted".........I await a response.
