I know that's the problem only the magical cindy knows how much you need to wager to withdraw

This is what she said in my email when she reversed my cashin

Just a quick note to let you know that your cashin has been reversed back to your account. The bonus that you have received must be wagered at least ten times on slots/quick games, or 3 times on bingo.

That was the problem - they never actually told us anywhere how much we had to wager to be able to withdraw.

If you read down the t&cs though it mentions about bonuses - something about wagering 3x bonuses plus any deposits since getting the bonus. Although when I was on the live help thing, she said there is no "standard" for wagering requirement, so it seems they can make it up as they go along!

I may be safe the £10 they gave me was put straight into my cash account and the £20.00 I deposited and their 100% bonus was straight into my cash account...

Not much to report again today...been to work,done banking etc etc,accounts up todate.
Won a house £20 on BB so could take that straight out without depositing so that was good news.
I think the difference in me being able to withdraw is that I sometimes mug punt and play £20 and also play some of the games I win on through.I'll not know until about 4pm on monday as it's pending until then as far as I know.
