BTW, doesn't Hypno have guided meditation downloads, or something like that?
Yes she does ... all sorts of guided meditation for various things. I don't have the link on this computer but Hypno'll be able to point you in the right direction! :D She has a very soothing voice! :p

Haven't been out yet...haven't even wrote the cheque out or got dressed.Went back to sleep for a couple of hours instead.
My A+L lets me put the number in and then says it's having essential maintainance all weekend...very annoying when I need to do the accounts.

I got that, too! Very annoying!

Ah well, at least it's not just me...*Sighs*

haha - if you had heard me yelling for everyone to get into number order at the top of the ski slope today, you would hardly have described my voice as soothing :rotfl:

Taxi, I find that my worst days are those when I have no control - ie those that I am waiting for someone else to make a decision, and there is nothing on this earth that I can do to hurry it along in any positive way.

I guess that is a bit how you feel - always waiting on someone/something else. In which case you have my complete understanding! But things will happen, and you can then focus on something, whatever it is that presents itself, good or bad!

Hope you have a better evening.

But am annoyed that the direct debit list has gone off again, now only showing what has been paid and how much (nothing for those yet to be paid) Don't they realise that my anal retentive nature NEEDS this information, hourly!

Not surprised you're tired - even without anything else this weather is draining. I slept for nearly an hour in chair when I got home today - and I've got no excuse LOL.

    Thanks all....
Hypno has hit the nail on the head as it's waiting about and the situation out of my hands.I'm impatient and need to be doing IYSWIM.

The weather is ok for me here as it's quite cool so not too much bother.

A+L has done my head in ..they are migrating customers over onto the santander system over the period of 3 months ...unfortunately it's my turn this weekend...I have now been migrated BUT on my DD list they are all blank for amount paid/what date....I use these to check when stuff is due out !!!...because they have been paid on the old system...they will not show on the new system until they go out again...so everything is more confusing than ever on there.
I will see how it pans out but may just transfer away from them. Will give it a couple of months.
RMC..see you have the pleasure to come yet.

Managed to do a couple of bits today...
    Washed some pots
    washed and dried some washing
walked to the shop and back
tidied and cleaned my computer table

    shredded some paper

    it's not a lot but a start
