Been home about an hourish....am pretty tired as didn't sleep well last night or the 2 nights previous.
I haven't seen my consulatant since the op as was discharged by a senior house officer....I have the dressings here and the DN should be coming tomorrow.I won't know the results for a week or twobut will phone BCN is the next few days to find out what will happen as the ward I was on was a urology ward !!!..so they don't know much about breast cancer surgery.

I am black and blue and my stitches are inside apparently...so we are praying now for clear margins and clear nodes....to avoid further operations.. and to get on with the next lot of treatment.

Had a reaction to Tramadol as soon as I was given it..so I need to try and find out the common denominators of ingredients in Naproxen and Tramadolto see if we can pin point what is causing the anyphaltic shock...though they are both from different drug groups....

Will try and catch up with all the posts in the next few days...

I had a nice surprise when I got back...a cheque from Mcmillan ..bless them xThey sent me £400 to help towards my mortgage and fares to the hospital...
