Ten minutes! And anyway, you walk the dog, thats a start. Maybe treat that as your wii warmup, and do ten minutes on the wii when you come in?

Am back from work and am really tired..glad it's our day off tomorrow.Am looking forward to a lie in in the morning and we have archery in the evening.

Meant to be going to WW tonight but am not bothering as I broke my diet but will stick to plan and get weighed next week.

Another £196.60 off the debt today....as loan came out.

Have washed pots, brought washing in,done a washload and hung it out and done accounts since coming in.

Will hoover up later and think that'll be me I think...just going to chill out tonight.

I find that if I don't go to WW, when i have had a "bad" week, I find it much harder to get back on track and in control.

I now go to WW whatever damage I have done - if I have put on a couple of lbs, I am then far more motivated when I leave the class to lose it again!

Taxi - you can do the weightwatchers thing - please don't let the little slip go any further - you need to go next week WHATEVER you have lost or not lost. I have every confidence in you - get the dog walked the wii fit out and the weight WILL drop. Little by little though - GO TAXI - GO TAXI. A little phrase of pot calling kettle comes to mind as I say those words of wisdom to you. My wii is getting cobwebs under the tv as I sit here typing LOL and I can't remember the last time I used my gym membership.... Milann creeps out to prompty give herself a kick up behind for buying gym membership she couldn't afford and NOT using it......

Cash figures are coming along nicely Taxi
