Thanks...still not smoking 8 days now.
What a day today...went to work but why I don't know..LOL
First I got a job that was meant to be £25 ..ran miles for it only to find that the operator should have cancelled off the sytem for today..what a waste of diesel!!!
There was very little work to be had today..itwas really quiet.
On top of that I had a puncture...£6 to be fixed, needed a new button on the meter...£3...needed a software update on the CC machine..would it do it...NO it wouldn't !!!!....
then needed to do banking, car wash ,blah blah blah.
Hope DH does better tonight...wouldn't be hard..lol
That's about it.0 -

Couldn't sleep properly last night so got up very very late so haven't been to work!!!
Let's forget about that anyway...
I've had my Barclays staement today and with other stuff am now over halfway on the £20k challenge....
Have had a really healthy tea today...grilled chicken breast(with herbs and spices on),new potatoes ,peas, sweetcorn and salad with fat free dressing on...was delicious.
Hoping to keep up with healthy eating now and to lose some weight.
That' s about all today0 -
Oh my god well done Taxi, you've paid off 10K in 2 months!! Thats amazing!0
-
Thanks..i'm so happy.idon't know how but have just kept on plodding along bit by bit.0

Taxi - you make me chuckle - throwing in the fact that you have paid 10k like it is 10p - well done - I'd be shouting that from the rooftops - not just slipping it in a 'conversation' - GOOD ON YA - you are so modest!!
What are you going to do once you have paid everything off - if you can pay those amounts on debt - think of the fun you can have once you are debtfree. I am beginning to think of what I might like to do once I'm df - it seemed sooo far away at one point that I couldn't ever visualise having spare cash. DOn't know if I dare think of it yet really - might be tempting fate!!!!!
MilannJanuary spends - £587.580 -
Hi Milann..once I'm rid of the CCs and loans(except gmac one as that's for the taxi)..I will be paying loads off the mortgage and then we will have loads of holidays and a life..lol
The freedom will be amazing.
We have a few jobs to do around the house too..so still have a long slog ahead but will get there.0 -
Mein gott! Thats *fantastic*!!! Good for you.
And my mouth was watering at the thought of those new potatoes, yum.2023: the year I get to buy a car0
