From yesterday I can claim tax without deduction so I need to send the R85 form to the following:
Alliance & Leicester, Newcastle Building Society, ICICI and Zopa.
Do the forms need to be sent via post or can I send the forms electronically to any of the above?
Thanks.

Some places (e.g. Halifax) will take the instruction over the phone. Most will only accept a hard copy. I've never dealt with any of those you mentioned so don't know what their policy is.

Zopa don't require an R85, since they don't deduct tax to begin with.Conjugating the verb 'to be":
-o I am humble -o You are attention seeking -o She is Nadine Dorries0 -
The A&L web site says for R85s:-
post to Savings Direct, Retail Savings Operations, Building 2 Ground Floor, Carlton Park, Narborough, Leicester. LE19 0AL,
or hand to your local branch0
