Web page help required!

Hi all,

I have just started re-designing a web page that was originally using frames.
I have also just discovered the joy of css.

In the new page i don't want to use frames but would still like to keep a navigator bar on the left side of the screen on all the sites pages. Is there anyway i can use css to do this as i don't want to have to edit all the pages each time a link changes?

The homepage is at www.jayhill.eu and the link of lists on the left side. No other pages have been linked to it as yet.
Fortune's always hiding, I've looked everywhere......
