Help!!! I need to get out of this car finance???!!!
I've purchased a car with a car finance and must get out of it since I really can't afford the monthly payments.I travelled to Holland with it and back. Now I don't dare touch it unless the dealer takes it back.:wall::( I went back to the dealer with all the paperwork and the 2 keys. Washed the car wonderfully inside out. Intending to leave it at the dealer.I was told I can't leave it cos it belongs to the finance company, legally the manager said they couldn't keep it. The manager said I'll see what we can do for you on Monday she'll phone them and see what they say.I've an other problem because we carried bikes on the car with a bike carrier and this unfortunatly caused dents on the bumper (2). O,it's awfull I just can't wait for this nightmare to be finished!!! Please ,advice me of my options. My first payment isn't due yet.:embarasse_pale_ I can't afford this car ,I need the money to feed my family. Thanks,Meriam

She seems to have bought a VW Golf Plus TSI SE for £16k on finance. She bought it 2&1/2 weeks ago which means she's out of the cooling off period.
Strange that she can buy the car, buy a bike rack, have a holiday in Holland and then want to get out of it. Possible troll. She would have been better off renting a car for 3 weeks. The man without a signature.0 -

Maybe she thought she could screw over the car company.
Buy the car on finance, rag it around Europe smashing it up with bike racks, return it when she got home saying she doesn't like it and walk away.
No Hire Car costs to worry about, free motoring in a brand new car and walk off sniggering.0 -

Maybe not. Argos seem to be excluding a lot of things from their 16 day returns policy. You stroll up to the till to pay and the lady tells you "This item is excluded from Argos's 16 day returns policy".The man without a signature.0
