how can you get an XP cd from Dell?

Options
The last time I got a laptop from them it didn't come with an XP CD, which seems to be thier new policy.

I am getting another laptop and want to be able to format it as soon as I get it, but how can I get an XP CD with it?

According to this website which has a guide to follow, to get the XP CD you can Order the XP CD when you order your system ($10) or Call Dell and request it. When I look at the dell system options though it makes it seem as if the XP CD is included and the only optional CD you get is the drivers CD....would this include a copy of XP and they've just worded it badly or what?

I have a regular copy of XP that I'm using on my current computer, would that let me format and install? I seem to remember Dell's XP being very system specific from what I remember with my last Dell desktop.
