I want to download Explorer 8 but i have to select whether i want to download explorer 8 for Windows Explorer 32 bit or 64 bit. In my help files it says my system says the Cipher strength is 256 bit. I am a tad confused.

I would say you want the 32bit. I came to this conclusion by tossing a coin... seriously though its 90% certain you want the 32bit version.
if the 32bit version doesnt work then I am wrong and you need the 64bit...0 -

The 64 bit version while good, is limited by Adobe not currently supporting a 64 bit Flash plugin so you'll find the majority of websites (specifically Youtube) won't function.0
