You say the initial problem has been solved and that link doesnt tell us what this problem is.
That HJT log has a million and one things that I personally would axe, including stupid toolbars..... In fact it's riddled with unnecessary junk! But without the problem description, I think your asking too much. It's like taking your car in and saying nothing other than "fix it please". In order to diagnose a problem, we need to know what the problem is.
