I have found that people who come to my website from natural listings or other website referals spend more time on teh site looking around than those from Pay Per Click advertising. PPC clicks had very high bounce rate even though the ad words were directly relevent to the landing page. Never found out why but decided not to waste the money finding out!
But with voucher for free ads nothing to loose!0 -
Yer and prob wasted clicks, ive got tracking for every click and stage, what they do, whats in cart etc and I spent £150 in one day on there, over 21 year old etc and got no sales!
The difference is that my website doesn't sell anything. It's an informative one that has free adverts on it for people tracing horse's. I dont care if it makes money, although some money would be good from adverts.0 -
Hey all,
Yep, definitely check out VisaBusinessNetwork.com. $100 Facebook ad credits are available for a limited time for new members.
The site is a great way to promote your business and the ad credit can let you try out Facebook advertising so you can decide if it's right for you and your business.
I'm on the launch team for VisaBusinessNetwork.com, so if anyone has questions about how to sign-up or claim your ad credit, let me know!

Another $100 voucher for starting this thread would be good0 -
349k impressions, 163 clicks and only 77$ spent so far.
I'm happy with that.0 -
Mine has just about run out and I have made a decent amount of sales, but my site has a high conversion rate anyway. In the real World I would not advertise with Facebook though as I think I would either be at a loss or break even.0

I use facebook and have a group on there and have joined other groups in relation to my profession and have added my links to them, however, I will never waste money on advertising with facebook - half the time the links don't even work:rolleyes: My website gets up google rankings without the use of adwords too - probably because I have reciprocal links with other suppliers who were higher up the rankings than myself.
All it takes is a little hard work on your part to add your website to various groups and then that gets your name into the big wide world.0 -

Yeah, so do I, I get loads of natural traffic and I know very well the hard work involved, as I partake in this, I have many years on the net and a good knowledge of SEO etc etc etc. However this thread is about a free advertising voucher with Facebook.. there is no spend unless a decision is made to carry on advertising with them.0 -
Hello, is it definite that you won't get charged at all, even when your $100 is up, it just finishes rather than charging you?Best wins in 2013 £200 and Mini iPad. 2014 no wins. 2015 2 nights 5* hotel with £300 vouchers plus £1150 Harrods gift card
