I went into M & S at West Quay on Tues to see if they had a particular type of wine - which I have had great difficulty in finding previously. They didn't have any but the young man I spoke to took my name and number and would ring me in the next day or two if any came in.
He rang me Friday evening to say that the store at Hedge End had two cases (12 botts) in that day - was this any good to me ? He rang Hedge End and asked them to reserve both cases for me (their total stock !).
I drove over there this afternoon and collected them.
Well done that man !
