Not sure if this is the right forum, but can anyone tell me if I will lose all the saved programming when I switch from a Sky + box to Sky HD box on thursday?

Im not sure if you can replace the hard drive either..
this is a good forum for all things sky.....http://www.skyuser.co.uk/0 -
In short yes.
Your pre-recorded programmes are stored on the sky+ internal hard drive. Your HD set up will give you a new HD box and its own empty HDD.
Unless of course you've opted to have the old sky+ box installed in another room (Sky Multi-room)0
