Gosh, its been an absolute age since I posted on here!

I have a yoga class at lunchtime, which will be £5. I've got the start of a cold so am going to treat myself to some soup for lunch and need to pick up a few bits from the supermarket after work, so should spend about £10 today. I have £15 left till payday (Friday) so I should be ok.

Not too long left till you go to Oz now Ms_London? There are loads of new faces on here now - its going to take me a while to catch up!

Too long if you ask me :0) Wish I could go sooner. Well, I probably could -but would lose my money on the flight i've already booked so not worth it. Really unhappy at moment!! :0( I hope you dont get the cold!! xx

Expensive day for me today as I need to go and buy some new running trainers.

I also need to buy some wine to take to a friends to watch the football but there is a wine store near me with a 3 for 2 offer on so I may pop in there and keep a couple of bottles to take home.

I'm also not sure what my plans for dinner are and my trousers are currently being kept up with a safety pin - however I have a £10 Dorothy Perkins voucher so I think I know what that is going to be spent on...

today i have to buy milk and bread, and i am going to only take £2.10 with me so i am not tempted by any amazing offers that i don't need!

My mum is meeting me for lunch, she might buy me lunch and if not i have sandwiches and cuppa soup anyway.

Also today i have ordered some flowers for my mum as she has just got a diploma in healthcare:T . (i did it through quidco, got half price deal and 'free' chocs and free delivery) so £14.49 for the flowers.

I got paid today, it included my annual bonus so I have paid out over £5,000 to my dad, my credit card and my overdraft (see updated sig). I have also set aside some money to pay for upcoming expenses, eg car tax, birthdays so that I won't be able to get in any more debt.
I don't know what I would have done without it! My new aim is for next year's bonus to be just that and not have to pay off any debts.
    Saving for an early retirement!
  • Imelda-Thats fantastic news! Well done on paying such a large amount off.

OH bought me my fav baguette for lunch (treat) £3.15:eek: have had half now and will have other half later. Bought OH the collectors edition of Mission Impossible 1 & 2 from Ebay for £9 inc postage and already had £6 in paypal-so dont think I did too bad-I'd forgotten I had the money in Paypal so DVD's only cost £3 in theory..LOL.

    Total spend today £6.15.
