dispute ending soon and I dont know what to do

I bought organza bags from China in June. After waiting 3 weeks and not yet received them I contacted the seller who asked me to wait another week and if I still had not received them she would send replacement or refund.
I waited a week but no joy so I emailed her again....and this time she didn't reply, a week later I emailed again, still no reply. So I opened a dispute. She answered and said she would send the item out again...which she did. I had them yesterday.....problem now is the quality is absolute rubbish. The print is not very good and the stitching is unraveling, many of the bags has a hole in them. I've ordered organza bags before from China using different sellers but never had this problem.
The dispute ends in 5 days time and I don't know what to do now.
Is there a point in sending them back?

Contact he seller again first, they may be willing to refund or replace.
At the end of the day you have had them so keeping that dispute open is pointless IMHO.
I've had bags from China before and they were generally fine, maybe you hit a bad batch.
    Give the seller another try

If you close the dispute you don't get another chance. I'd decide if I wanted to send them back or swallow the loss. If you do want to send them back then click on the "change reason for dispute" link at the bottom in the resolution centre, and escalate ASAP. If you don't want to send them back then there's not much you can do apart from contacting the seller, but if they are selling lots of them then they probably know they are rubbish so I wouldn't hold my breath. ;)
This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine

I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine. :p

Me again, sorry didn't think you could change the reason for dispute, I thought it was one dispute, one reason and that was the end of it.
    My mistake, sorry op.

Change it to SNAD if you want to pursue the dispute, but really what did you expect buying sight unseen from China? I bet the price was stupidly low, so it should be no surprise that the quality is not the best.
