Help - Ebay - Address to send item

Hi, I sold an item last night on ebay. The lady paid straight away using Paypal. I posted the item this morning to the verified address on Paypal (matches the address on ebay). I have just gone to check my emails and she has asked me to send it to the opposite end of the country instead. I've written back saying she should have contacted me via ebay, and that I've already posted it to her Paypal address.
Am I in the right ? Firstly if she wants to contact me aren't you supposed to do it via ebay ? and secondly, are you allowed to post it to somewhere thats not her paypal address ?
