Xmas Saver!
Hello,

A message came up the other day saying that something has changed & it could harm your computer, so I blocked it.

Now ive realised it was the updater for Online Armor so im not up to date. How can I change this so I can get the updates again?

Thank You

Are you sure? What version do you have? The latest version is v3.5.0.32

    Hello espresso,

Yes it says version v3.5. When It tries to update every day, the white box come up like normal but instead of saying how many files it has updated or you are up to date, it says I haven't updated for so many days.

Then there is two boxes one to update now & another to cancel it. I click to update it but it keeps failing. Then the same box keeps coming up for the rest of the day. I have clicked on Online Armor straight after its failed & it says blocked.

I guess one way to sort it out would be to uninstall it & re install it, but I was wondering if there was a easier way

    Thanks for your help

Online Armour updates using svchost.exe which should be allowed in Firewall, Rules. In Firewall, Program access oaui.exe should be allowed but I'm guessing that you will already have that one as the program is running.
