To close Natwest account or not?

I have a Natwest current account I have applied for my bank charges to be repaid, this has been frozen since the start of the court case. I have a balance of £3.42. I haven't used the account now for at least 18 mths. Will keeping this account open effect my credit rating for non-usage or should I close it? I was keeping it open till the court case when closed and I would know either way if I was to get the money. If I close it will I still get the cash?
I have a HSBC account which I have used for over 10 years as my day to day bank account.
Thanks in advance

Whether the account remains open or closed does not affect your ability to claim or receive money from the conclusion of the OFT test case issues.0
