I am quite annoyed by this as I had a £10k credit limit and it'll cost me £200/year in lost cash back.

Also, they don't even provide a facility to view statements online. If there was one good thing about the Accucard it was the online banking.

Also note that you will not be able to download Accuard statements after 30th June, so print them off now or they'll charge you an eye-watering £6 for each one!

I have applied for a Morgan Stanley and American Express card today to try and recoup some cashback (unfortunately my Egg Money credit limit is a platry £2100 so maybe I'll call them to get it increased) but I'll probably get turned down because of the number of cards I have, even though they're all paid off every month (I am self employed so run up some big card bills which looks bad on the credit report).

I will probably end up cancelling this card once the cashback comes through either way as I have too many really - from the good old 0% offer days! Then maybe my credit rating will improve as well.

If you have a Lloyds current account or use them for online banking at present the account ought to be viewable there. My new LTSB Rewards card is already and I only received an acceptance letter today so don't yet have the card. There's no reason to assume that all replacemnt accounts won't operate like this too.

Most people including me don't have a Lloyds current account though.

My createcard is being changed to platinum, and my £10k limit means a loss of some serious moneyback as well

I've decided to give the 12 months free purchases at Sainsbury's a go, and stooze my cash for those 12 months. Depending on my credit limit, hopefully it'll go some way towards making up for my lost cashback over the 12 months.

Unbelivable! I don't recall even receiving the letter that they were going to change the card over and the last Accucard email i was sent had nothing in it about the change over. Now my most recent transactions are lost for ever i presume. My card ran out on the 30th of June

if you phone them up they will issue a duplicate statement covering the period that has been missed without charge.

you do get on line banking, register at lloyds main tsb site and select credit card (you don't need a current account)

    https://online.lloydstsb.co.uk/register.ibc

also just a quick mention, i pay via direct debt, its now 4 days later (when it comes out the bank) as you have longer to pay with TSB
