Getting copies of statements

Hi all

I have loads of credit card charges dating back to 2006 so I called Halifax and askd for copies of my account - the girl advised me there is a £10 admin charge which is fine.....she then went on to say there is also a charge of £100 to get them all back.....I just laughed and hung up...is this right? x

That is why you should always put things in writing because they cannot come up with things that are untrue. £10 is for a Subject Access Request which should be for all data about you by a company. Clearly them telling you £100.00 for it is nonsense.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
